@faraiwe ...actually, it's stolen BSD 😁

@MusiqueNow @DoomsdaysCW idk ... hate to say it but americans are likely to just let it happen. I don't see anything short of (maybe .. big maybe) mass starvation and open slaughter of white people in the streets waking anyone here from their slumber. We are, despite our bluster, are a people largely comprised of a dangerously uneducated, easily manipulated population that is purposefully and willfully ignorant of the realities of the world around them. America seems to have reached some sort of critical mass where we are, in actuality, no longer capable of real self governance.

I wish it were different and i hope ultimately i'm wrong since i'm here for the duration ... but if your a human from another country looking at the US populace and hoping or expecting some sort of organizing or action or uprising or whatever, i wouldn't hold my breath cuz it isn't gonna happen anytime soon

For the love of god can we stop anthropomorphising LLMs. No, ChatGPT did not "come up with an excuse" or "think about its mistakes". Gemini did not "lie about its reasoning" or "struggle to understand basic concepts". Grok didn't "decide to praise Nazis" or "express it's support for genocide".

They're mimics designed cynically to trick you into assigning them a humanity that they'll never have, and giving them false agency allows their designers and creators an innocence they don't deserve.

@peter they call those people CEOs 🤣

In case ANYONE is wondering (namely at @Defcon ), please feel free to refer to this useful chart, for guidance.

Inaction against nazis is tacit approval and indirect support. Anything OTHER than immediate, absolute push back is a wink and nudge to nazis, and an invitation.

@mrbadger42 you missed the part where they get her to pin the whole operation on Bill and Hillary

Very good friend of mine

Making the world worse makes it worse and then it's worse. The way to make the world better is by making it better.

“It has to get worse to get better” is a stupid idea.

@HealCity you know there are a LOT of real life runners in the world (me included), .. posting an ai-generated image of a runner to punctuate your message is pure lazy AND disingenuous - you are here by banished to the muted zone :)

Don't cover our fields. Cover our car parks.

Yep.

Since many USAians are now or in the near future going to be interacting with citizen-soldiers in ways they never have before, I thought it useful to post a link to an archived version of the US Army's Soldiers Manual of Common Tasks (levels 2-4) . Every soldier gets a version of this manual and uses it as a guide. While updated, it is much the same manual I was issued when I enlisted way back in 1989.

Subject area 19 - Crowd Control could be of immediate interest to some but the whole manual is worth a read

@rzeta0 @delta

lol .. there's no guidance or discussion about securing user devices because it's not practically possible. modern phones were built to be spyware and are, by design, more chatty then Slavoj Zizek on coke. And BTW, you certainly don't need to be a state level actor to compromise a phone, a semi-savvy human with a bit of time and modest resources is sufficient .. so don't give those israelis tooo much credit :) anyone can do it

@AnarchoNinaWrites i've been saying this .. it's been the plan all along :/
